What is Cold Laser Therapy?
Cold laser therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT) or photobiomodulation, is a non-invasive medical treatment that uses low-level laser in a specific range of wavelengths to stimulate and speed up the body's tissues healing at the cellular level. It's often used to treat acute or chronic pain, inflammation, and tissue damage caused by injuries or chronic conditions. The therapy increases blood flow, promotes the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the energy source for cells, and reduces inflammation.
